1. Services
OziTap provides a digital payment collection software (SaaS) allowing merchants to generate UPI QR codes, send payment links, and utilize NFC-based Tap-to-Pay functionality using their own smartphones. We do not act as a bank; we are a technology provider integrating with authorized payment gateways.
2. User Accounts
You must be an authorized business entity or merchant in India to use OziTap. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs and staff credentials. Proper KYC verification is mandatory before utilizing the payment services.
3. Subscription and Fees
OziTap charges a subscription fee for its software services as outlined in the App's pricing section. Standard payment gateway network fees (MDR) apply to transactions as processed by the underlying gateway.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use OziTap for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Selling prohibited goods, engaging in fraud, or using the app to launder money will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
