Software Subscription Refunds

OziTap offers a 7-Day Free Trial for all new users to evaluate our services.

Therefore, once a subscription plan (Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly) is purchased after or during the trial, the subscription fee is strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Transaction Refunds to Customers

If a customer makes a payment to you (the Merchant) via OziTap and requests a refund, it is the Merchant's responsibility to initiate the refund from their dashboard or directly via the linked payment gateway. OziTap is not liable for customer refunds related to goods or services sold by the Merchant.

Settlement Failures

If a settlement fails due to incorrect bank details provided by the Merchant, the amount will be held securely and re-attempted once the Merchant updates their details. Deducted gateway network fees (MDR) for successful transactions are non-refundable.
